EVANESCENCE Frontwoman To Appear On Canada's 'The Hour'

EVANESCENCE frontwoman Amy Lee will appear on "The Hour" on Tuesday, January 9. The program, which airs at 11:00 p.m. on CBC in Canada, is hosted by George Stroumboulopoulos.

As previously reported, EVANESCENCE will take part in an hour-long "Live@Much"MuchMusic special on Tuesday, January 9. The program, which will be broadcast from the MuchMusic headquarters in Toronto, will include a live performance and interview with MuchMusic VJ Devon Soltendieck. EVANESCENCE's video for "Lithium", the second single from the band's new album, "The Open Door", has been posted online: Windows Media, Real Media.

"The Open Door" has sold 1.42 million copies in the United States since its October 2, 2006 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
